ShippedA polarizing month. Lapsang divides — half our subscribers had never tried it; a third said it changed their mind about smoked teas. The buckwheat honey was the bridge — its molasses depth meets the pine smoke without competing.

ShippedTwo florals that don't compete. Jasmine Silver Needle is one of the most labor-intensive teas we ship — scented seven nights with fresh blossoms. The lavender honey from Provence is delicate enough to amplify the jasmine instead of bury it. Reinfuse three times.

Shipping nowAll-bud Yunnan from a Lincang co-op — picked young enough that the leaves are still covered in golden down. Honey-led on its own, so the wildflower honey is a quiet amplifier rather than an addition. Drink it black, never with milk.

Next upStone-ground from a single-cultivar field in Uji. The lavender honey is delicate enough not to bury the umami. We'll include a brewing card with the proper whisking technique and a recommendation for the Sunday Ceremony moment if you want the full setup.
