Wissotzky's master blender brought this back from a Persian tea-house in the late 1990s and it's been their signature ever since. We license the formula — Bulgarian rose petals, Indian green cardamom, light cinnamon, and a Ceylon-Assam blend for the body. Brew at 90°C for four minutes. The first sip is rose; the finish is spice.
